Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At MIRABELLE KOREA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you wish to cancel or replace your order, our policy ensures a hassle-free process. Please read below for the details:

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel your order, please email us at customercare@mirabellecosmetics.com with your order number.
  • After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the package upon delivery, and we will initiate the refund process once the package is returned to us.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We ensure the quality of our skincare products, but in case of any damage or quality issues, you can request a replacement as per the terms below:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customercare@mirabellecosmetics.com with pictures of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will process the replacement.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.


CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Please include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with your return request.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions or clearance sales cannot be cancelled or replaced unless defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A REPLACEMENT?

  1. Email us at customercare@mirabellecosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps, including product pickup or return address.
  3. We will ship the replacement within [2 day] from our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible or if an order is cancelled before shipment. The refund will be processed within [2 days] to the original method of payment.
